TEACHING ACADEMY

TGC Academy Winter Programs

With the projects on the golf course this winter and presence of heavy machinery and trucks, access to the property will be slightly limited. For those attending winter sessions, please note there will be trucks using the driveway to access the work sites on the course and heavy machinery working around the course and driveway at times. Please be patient and use caution if entering the property for lessons. There may be some periods of time during the winter where work may require closing the facility.

Both in person and remote options are included.

WINTER PROGRAMS

Winter Lessons and Coaching

We will have limited availability for lessons and coaching in the studios above the Pro Shop, please complete the form in the link to sign up for winter programs. If you would like some additional information on off-season lessons and coaching, please complete the form and check off the “more info” box.

Indoor programs will be run out of the indoor studio above the Pro Shop. There are two Trackman hitting stations (screens and projectors) and a large putting green.

All winter programs include a complimentary 30-minute in person or Zoom/Face-time session to plan your winter program, set goals and priorities for improvement. Using this plan your winter program is aimed at developing the areas identified in the off-season and having you ready to play your best in the spring.

Cost per hour:

Head Professional, Director of Instruction,
Sr. Teaching Professional, Associate Professional - $135.00

Assistant Professional - $100.00

Remote Speed Training

A virtual speed training program to increase club head speed and ultimately distance using the Super Speed training system. The Super Speed system consists of three variably weighted clubs, available for $299 and can be drop shipped to you. The program will be a Zoom call every two weeks to review training protocols for the next two weeks. All training can be done at home, you just need enough space to swing the training clubs. Calls will be recorded and sent to the program participants.

Program includes:

Zoom call every two weeks (30 minutes) with Q&A and overview of new practice plan.
Practice plan video every two weeks.
Coach Now space for questions between calls.

Cost: $170 for three-month program
$299 for the Super Speed training system is needed (can be drop shipped to homes)

Be a Better Putter from Home

A four-week home program with Director of Instruction, Andrew Lovell, designed to develop your set-up, start line and speed control. Each week will have a new theme and practice plan. All you need is your putter and a surface to putt on. If you require a putting surface, we have several options depending on the space you have available. Program includes four session that can be booked throughout the off-season.

Program Includes:

Weekly training plan video.
Weekly 30-minute individual Zoom check-in/live lesson.
Unlimited video submission for review and feedback.

Cost: $195 for four-week individual program

Winter Putt Club

lls will be recorded for those who cannot attend. Every two weeks you will receive a two-week practice plan to execute at home. All practice plans and Zoom recordings will be shared on a Coach Now group page, any questions can also be shared there. All that is required is a putting surface, your putter and some balls. A virtual putting program that runs from January through March. Program consists of a Zoom call every two weeks to go over the home practice plan for the next two weeks and answer any questions. Ca
